About the Practice
It is a recovery-focused, integrated behavioral health program for adults with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders and children with severe emotional disturbance. CCS provides a coordinated, comprehensive, community-based array of recovery services, treatment and psychosocial rehabilitation services. Per DHS 63, Community Support Program (CSP) is a coordinated care and treatment program for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness.
