I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping my clients develop the necessary skills to remain disciplined to meet their goals. I am lucky to have had the privilege to work with professional athletes, national champions, college athletes, and even special operations soldiers. I work with my clients to find the courage to face their fears and develop the confidence to excel in sport and also in life.
