Over the past 25 years, I have journeyed many miles with individuals suffering from emotional distress, providing treatment for depression and anxiety; abuse and trauma; behavioral adjustment problems; high conflict families/relationships; parenting consultation; debilitating mental illness. I am an ethnic minority mental health specialist and provide treatment and consultation requiring an understanding of cultural contexts in providing mental health treatment.
