About the Practice
Fannin, LCSW, in October 2006 to help children, individuals and families reach improved levels of function through the delivery of home-based counseling, mentoring, respite, mental health skills building, and comprehensive outpatient services. Families receive solution-focused services in their own homes to achieve goals set by the family and the referring agency.
