Our Story Since 1996, Intercept Health has grown from a group home provider to a full-service provider of specialized programming across the care continuum. We offer a variety of specialized services to meet the needs of individuals and families throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. With services catering to children, adolescents, adults, and families, the LifeBridge Continuum of Care offers both individual and wrap-around options, ensuring flexibility and continuity of care.
