While challenges may be present throughout life, Improving Outcomes believes that with sufficient support, individuals with serious social, emotional, and behavioral disorders can acquire life management skills and attitudes that permit fuller and more meaningful life in their families and communities. Mission Statement Children and youth with developmental, behavioral, and mental health challenges are best treated in the least restrictive environment necessary for maintaining the child safely.
