I treat anxiety, depression, perfectionism, challenges with self-esteem, familial and multigenerational trauma, sexual trauma, relational and emotional trauma, and traumatic grief. After many years of working through my own trauma, perfectionism, and anxiety, through exploration of multiple types of modalities, I feel it is so incredibly important to have a multi-stop shop for your own wellness and healing goals.
