Through compassionate therapy and trauma-healing work, I help you reconnect with yourself, heal old wounds, and rediscover joy, confidence, and emotional freedom. This was where the roots of my passion for treating women with anxiety, depression and trauma began. From there I worked at Galaxy Counseling Center working with families, couples, children, and individuals in the therapeutic setting as well as leading anger management groups.
