During the course of my own healing journey and through my experience as a professional counselor, I have identified that therapy with compassion and loving understanding that includes different techniques significantly reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or problems i n personal relationships. I am grateful for the compassionate and nonjudgmental environment provided by Mariel, who is my therapist at Harlingen's Leading Counseling Center.
