While medication may be a component of your treatment plan, my primary goal is to identify the underlying causes of your condition. Our approach often involves focusing on areas such as nutrition, stress management, sleep and rest, work-life balance, movement, spirituality, relationships and community, personal development, mind-body connection, and creating a healthy environment. I have more motivation, I am sleeping better, and my anxiety is much easier to manage.
