My personal experiences racing to bomb shelters during Scud attacks and caring for children during the course of the war led to a deep interest in the impact of stress, anxiety and trauma on all of us. I had the honor of working with veterans facing tremendous trauma from combat, homecoming experiences and sexual abuse as well as individuals experiencing chronic pain, substance abuse, depression and anxiety.
