About the Practice
I utilize a variety of approaches with individuals, couples, and families who are wanting to connect emotionally and strengthen their relationships. I have additional or certificate level training in sex therapy, perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, infertility, ADHD, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and also completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
