My approach will combine solution- focused and cognitive behavior therapy; eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy (TFCBT) when necessary. I have a no-nonsense approach to therapy, that being said, I fully believe an essential element to any therapeutic relationship starts with your goals as the client. As your therapist, I will encourage, provide insight, and at times even challenge you in your identified areas.
