Residential Services We offer two 90-day plus substance use residential treatment facilities and an OhioMHAS Class 1 residential mental health facility with transitional housing. Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Transitional Program The transitional housing and recovery housing programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of women and men who maintain a period of sobriety and to assist with their mental health and substance use needs.
