Evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) are used to collaboratively work with clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. I specialize in working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, ADD/ADHD, OCD, as well as disordered eating and women’s health issues.
