About the Practice
We gradually began providing community based services, outpatient therapy, first responder/crisis services, and psychiatric services. CCM serves mentally disabled, substance abuse and developmentally delayed individuals, both adults and children. Our staff includes licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), provisionally licensed clinical social workers (P-LCSW).
