I work with children (ages 8+), teens, adults, couples, and families using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, narrative therapy, family systems therapy, and play therapy while incorporating elements of The Life Model. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship challenges, and Christian spirituality.
