I work with adults ages 18+ with a strength based focus on trauma and addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. I utilize a wide array of somatic, expressive and trauma-focused treatments such as IFS and EMDR as well as CBT and skill building to manage feelings, relationships, cravings and unsafe behaviors.
