I incorporate a variety of evidence-based treatment into my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing in order to help you gain insight, replace maladaptive coping skills, and achieve your desired outcome. I have had specialized training in trauma, and I am a credentialed Certified Clinical Trauma Clinician through the Arizona Trauma Institute.
