My practice foci include work centered around identity, self-esteem, relationship difficulties and anxiety/depression. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Princeton University , and my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University. My other areas of interest include working with people who are experiencing shyness, creative blocks, performance anxiety, or adjusting to major life transitions such as divorce or going away to college.
