About the Practice
Every client is treated with unconditional positive regard and during our session there is nothing more important to me the world and you. Each client is a world of wonders potential humanity and I eagerly look forward to help you actualize your own. I use mindfulness to help people distinguish themselves from their thoughts and feelings, and rational emotive behavior therapy to change the way they feel by changing how they think, and to develop unconditional self acceptance.
