We provide counseling services for individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents. LGBTQ LGBTQ related counseling often includes helping families accept and understand their loved one, as well as helping individuals address sexual identity issues and gender identity issues. Our therapists are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, relationship building skills, conflict resolution skills and family systems therapy, among other approaches.
