Sand tray therapy is an optional treatment, for adults as well as children, to unpack their personal trauma. My treatment approach includes Contextual therapy, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Individuation/Differentiation, Communication Skills, Mindfulness and Supportive Listening and Questioning. Children and adolescence engage using a variety of play therapy techniques.
