I have a Master's Degree from Lesley University in Expressive Therapy and Mental Health Counseling and am licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts, and am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. I have extensive experience working with college age and adult women helping them with anxiety, depression or dealing with the stress of life transitions and change.
