Restoration of Hope Project - Recovery Housing, Counseling Welcome The RHP is a Missouri Department of Mental Health certified, NARR certified and 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Organization dedicated to assisting ex-offenders adjust to the re-entry process by providing them with the outpatient substance use/mental health disorder services, recovery housing, and resources to be successful. We will be using both our Treatment and Housing to provide services for people leaving incarceration.
