My expertise spans working with children, adults, and geriatrics, specializing in cognitive behavior therapy, stress management, and EMDR to help clients thrive. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people find healing and balance in their lives. After earning my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi, I have spent the past five years working with individuals across all stages of life, from children to older adults.
