Merit Health Rankin Inpatient Geriatric Behavioral Health

The geriatric program is a short-term inpatient treatment process for adults ages 55 and older who are experiencing behavioral and/or emotional problems. We are conveniently located within the hospital, so additional health concerns can also be addressed. Referrals from physicians, psychologists, mental health professionals, social workers, social service agencies, hospital emergency departments, family members, friends and self-referrals are accepted.
