Meet The Team Claire Zwerk, LMSW-C Claire is a fully licensed Master of Social Work and specializes in working with couples, families, and individual adults struggling with relationship or family issues, as well as all things related to pregnancy and family planning. Tammy is currently working with children, adolescents, individual adults, and couples, who have various mental health issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
