My goal is to educate families and the public about how to support individuals with mental illness, reduce barriers for those seeking treatment and collectively reduce stigmatization of mental illness within our society. The practice was established in 2015 following the sudden death of a beloved younger sister, Victoria, a victim of a traumatic event that led to her suffering from severe depression and PTSD for most of her adult years.
