Emotional and Psychological Support in Maryland We are an Ambulatory Bilingual Mental Health Center that provides counseling and treatment services. Our staff is comprised of licensed Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, and Certified Addictions Counselors. Our counseling staff, as well as the support staff, shares the goal of assisting to build healthy and happy families and individuals throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
