Embrace Health

Based on your treatment plan and your needs, you will meet with a care provider on a reoccurring basis, working to meet your goals and embrace your success. We offer the following telehealth services: Psychiatric Services/Medication Management Individual Therapy Group Therapy Women’s Support Group: A safe space for women. We’ll talk through your needs, and goals and help you determine what treatment services will work best.
