About the Practice
My approach to therapy is calm, grounded, attentive, open minded, non-judgmental, caring and compassionate. My therapeutic approach involves the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive psychology interventions and mindfulness interventions. I view my profession as a therapist to be a calling and an awesome gift that is filled with challenges, mysteries and responsibility.
