About the Practice
I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy skills to help my patients develop healthy thinking patterns, implement coping skills, and resolve interpersonal problems to reduce emotional distress. I provide individual therapy for adults (18+ and older). I will work with you to carve out time when you are able to invest back in yourself and practice value-based behaviors that increase satisfaction and emotional well-being.
