To better support my clients, I became trained and/or certified in multiple modalities including but not limited to: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), attachment patterns, Family Systems Therapy, grief and loss, abandonment, Trauma Informed Therapy, yoga, Zentangle (a meditative art form), energy work (including Reiki), coaching, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing.
