She has worked as a therapist at Silver Hill hospital in New Canaan, CT and outpatient treatment centers prior to setting up her private practice. Ram Dass once said that "we are all just walking each other home." Healing isn't usually a path that is meant to be done alone. She was the owner of Nalini Ayurveda for 8 years, along with being a certified yoga teacher.
