Polly is a fully-trained Practitioner of Radically-Open DBT, an evidence-based treatment addressing over-control (Hyper-perfectionism, Refractory Depression, Anxiety, Anorexia Nervosa, & traits commonly experienced with OCD, Autism, & Obsessive Compulsive, Avoidant, and Dependent Personality Disorders).
