BayCare Behavioral Health- BayCare Medical Group Primary Care (New Port Richey)

The goal of the Integrated Care program is to support the primary care practitioner/practice in identifying and treating consumers with behavioral health needs. Our program puts major focus on a collaborative approach to integrate behavioral health services within the primary care environment and to also engage at risk consumers in health and wellness promotion. BayCare Behavioral Health is accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
