My name is Gelissa Bultron she/her Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Central Florida. As a passionate mental health professional, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and compassionate approach to being healthy and happy. As the founder of Mentally Grounded, LLC, I help individuals restore their connection to themselves and their loved ones, build self-compassion and help my clients courageously approach difficult emotions.
