About-us Carla Rasnick, MA, LMHC, QS Founder of Life Line Counseling Carla Rasnick is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Mental Health Supervisor, and founder of Life Line Counseling, established in 2019. Carla received a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Hope International University. Carla also serves as a preceptor for psychiatric nurse practitioners with Walden University.
