About the Practice
We provide counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness practices. We see adults and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict, multicultural and identity issues, and life transitions. We do not work with children or adolescents under age 15.
