I provide evidence-based therapy to adult patients with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, adjustment issues associated with disability, health-related conditions, and/or life stressors. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions.
