Faith Abshire Counseling and Coaching

Meet Faith Faith provides mental health services for individuals, couples, children, and families using a functional approach that goes beyond traditional therapy. She has various mental health trainings in Trauma, Anxiety, Couples, Neurodivergence, Nutrition, Neuroscience, and more that best compliment her approach of treating the whole patient. Faith has a Masters in Counseling, and in addition to providing counseling services, she is a certified chef and coach.
